Replacement Parts (Gunpla Models Kits and Metal Build/Metal Robot Spirits)

Replacement Parts Policy

To request replacement parts, please complete the Replacement Parts Request Form before placing an order.

For Metal Build / Metal Robot Spirits items, we require clear photos of the specific parts needed. These photos must be sent as follow-up confirmation.

We will check availability and respond within 1–2 business days.

Please make sure to include the following information in the comment section of the form:

• Kit name
• Runner letter
• Part number

Orders placed without prior confirmation will be automatically cancelled.

Replacement parts orders cannot be placed together with other items and must be shipped.
Orders that include other items or select Toronto warehouse pickup will be cancelled.

If an order is cancelled, a $5 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

When placing your order, please include the kit name, runner, and part number again in the order note section.

Please note: Orders cannot be refunded once they are confirmed.

Price Tiers (CAD)

• $5 – Up to two pieces for kits priced under $50 CAD
• $10 – Up to two pieces for kits priced $50–$100 CAD
• $20 – Up to two pieces for kits priced $100–$200 CAD
• $30 – Up to two pieces for kits priced above $200 CAD

Kit price refers to the retail price of the kit in Canadian Dollars.

Additional Notes

Some parts with high demand or high risk of damage may have a different pricing structure.
