Return and Refund Policy

Please note that we currently do not accept returns or cancellations after shipments.

For Items shipped from the warehouse (purchasing options of Shipment From Warehouse (Delivery in 2-3 weeks)) or Pre-Orders, once the order is placed, any request for order cancellation/refund will only be subject to a 20% charge of transaction and preparation fees. 

Failed or Returned Shipments Due to Buyer Error: If a shipment fails delivery or is returned to us because the shipping address or other required information provided by the buyer was incorrect or incomplete, the buyer will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of the item's value. The shipping fee is non-refundable in these cases.
