This page summarizes answers to the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) we recommend customers read over before placing orders or reaching out to customer service:

  1. Are you guys selling authentic Bandai or Popmart products?

    The answer is yes.
     
    The fact is that we do sell other third-party products (mostly model kits or action figures, e.g., Daban, Changlong, etc.), and they will be indicated as third-party on either the title, product description, or the vendor name.

    For the Popmart products, they will be either from Popmart China or Popmart Canada; however, as long as they are titled as Popmart products, they will be authentic Popmart products.

  2. What is your current U.S. shipping policy?

    As effective August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada.

    All postal shipments to the U.S. will require prepaid duties when the package enters the U.S.; exceptions may apply to the small items shipped from our international warehouse.

    This parcel will be accepted by Purolator from Canada and will be picked up by UPS when it enters the U.S. border. 

    Please stay aware of your email/text messages as UPS will be reaching out for the import charges payment (approximately 15-20% of the item value) before they make the delivery to your address. 

    If you have not received any update from UPS when the Purolator Tracking turns to "Awaiting for Payment to be released", please contact Purolator using the Purolator tracking number to obtain an official UPS tracking number to move forward.

  3. How do we know if one product is actually available or is for pre-order only?

    If you are looking for products immediately available for either pickup or shipment from the Toronto area in Canada, check if the Purchasing Option of "Shipment/Pickup from Toronto (Immediate)" is available.

    The "Shipment From Warehouse (Delivery in 2-3 weeks)" offers more variety of products and sometimes immediate shipment of the new official release of products to be shipped from our international warehouse. And it offers a flat (fixed) shipping rate for more countries across the globe, other than Canada or the U.S. Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered.

    The "Pre-Order (Delivery in 4-5 weeks)" sometimes coexists with both of the two options above, as it serves customers who want to purchase the item when it is actually out of stock in Toronto (when "Shipment/Pickup from Toronto (Immediate)" is sold out), so we can order the items from our suppliers ahead of the restock schedule and have them ready in Canada within 4-5 weeks.
    For items that are already on the restocking schedule, placing orders on this option will secure the spot of buyers on the stocking batch and will lead to an even shorter delivery time if the restock arrives first.

  4. What is the actual expected delivery time?

    When your order is shipped, you might receive an estimated delivery date via email. However, this is only a system-generated/estimated delivery date by the platform can only be used as a reference for items shipped from Toronto.

    If your order is based on the purchasing options of either "Pre-Order (Delivery in 4-5 weeks)" or "Shipment From Warehouse (Delivery in 2-3 weeks)", please expect the delivery date for the order to be around the date when you placed the order + either 4-5 weeks (for preorders) or 2-3 weeks (for international warehouse).

    Other than the estimations provided above, there could also be potential delays due to various reasons, including but not limited to customs clearance issues, pre-order shipping cargo delays, or the shipping company failing to update the status, etc.

  5. How does your pickup work?

    When a pickup order is placed (can be done in either "Shipment/Pickup from Toronto (Immediate)" or "Pre-Order (Delivery in 4-5 weeks)", we will try to process your order as soon as possible.

    Once the items are ready to be picked up, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a link for scheduling the time slot for pick up at your convenience. The location and details about pickup instructions will also be provided.

    We also order pickup with Cash Payments as “Cash on Delivery”. This option is for immediate pickup only (pickup for items with the option of "Shipment/Pickup from Toronto (Immediate)").

    For orders that need to be shipped, please DO NOT select this option; your order will be cancelled if the invoice is left unpaid within 24 hours.

    There will be no cash discounts as we are obligated to pay the taxes to the Canadian Government. 

  6. How does your pre-order work?

    For items that are already officially released by the manufacturers, the pre-order option of "Pre-Order (Delivery in 4-5 weeks)" is for the customers to secure their spot on the first batch/restock of the item, or to order the items with a 4-5 delivery time when they are out of stock.

    For items that are not officially released by the manufacturers yet, the expected delivery time will be stated in both the product title (e.g.,(Pre-Order) P-Bandai: MG 1/100 Gundam Barbatos Lupus Expansion Set (ETA: April 2026)) and the purchasing option (e.g., Pre-Order (ETA: April 2026) ). However, these dates are announced by the manufacturer, and they can be postponed due to manufacturer adjustments.

    The pre-order requires a full deposit, and 80% of the order amount is refundable. This means: once the pre-order is placed, any request for order cancellation/refund will be deducted by a 20% charge of transaction and preparation fees.
